Grain

Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 9, 2026

Drommar LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Grain mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address and, if you sign in with Apple or Google, basic profile information such as your name (only on your first authorization) provided by those services. This is handled through Firebase Authentication.

Purchase and Subscription Information

If you subscribe to Grain Pro, purchase and subscription status is processed through Apple's App Store and RevenueCat, our subscription management provider. We do not directly collect or store your payment card details — these are handled entirely by Apple.

Content You Create

Bow profiles, saved arrow sets, and build history you create in the App are stored locally on your device only. This data is not transmitted to or stored on our servers, and is not backed up automatically — if you delete the App or change devices, this data will be lost unless you have exported it yourself.

Feedback

If you submit feedback through the App, we collect the message you write and, optionally, an email address you choose to provide, so we can respond if needed. This is processed through Formspree, our feedback form provider.

How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

  • Create and manage your account
  • Process and manage your subscription
  • Respond to feedback you submit
  • Maintain and improve the App

Third-Party Services

Grain uses the following third-party services, each with its own privacy practices:

  • Firebase (Google) — authentication
  • RevenueCat — subscription management
  • Formspree — feedback form processing
  • Apple — Sign in with Apple, App Store purchases

Data Retention and Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from within the App (Account settings → Delete Account). This permanently removes your account and associated authentication data. Locally stored data (bow profiles, saved sets) is removed when you delete the App from your device.

Children's Privacy

Grain is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
